White Day

Flowers from Yuki.
He also gave me four packs of strawberries and took me out to yakiniku (Korean-style, at-your-table BBQ) on Tuesday night. Even though he thinks it's cheesy, he knows Americans like our romance and does it for me.
I love him!!!
We leave for Korea this Saturday!! I have had a lot to write about on my blog recently, but I may not have time before I leave! A full day of lessons tomorrow, quickly packing when I get home, karate in the evening and then staying the night at Yuki's. We're getting up before 5 a.m. Saturday to get to Fukuoka and catch our ferry to Korea. If I don't have time (and it's looking like not), I'll write in 9 days with pictures from Korea! Sayonara!
Yuki's TV Debut

Yuki and Shuki.

And pictures from the party... We had a lot of people packed into Yuki’s house.

Genki with the girls.

Yuki’s dog, Qoo and me, actually getting along for once!

Yuki was drinking so much so his little face is very red!

An adorable toddler at the party.

Genki and Vicky.

Me with Ippei, the guy who gave me this haircut. I've finally gotten used to it and can say with confidence that I like it! By the way... I need a trim! Where are his scissors when I need them?

What? You've never seen a wool knitted sweater before?
Then in class, Haruna says to me ひつじ and I although I don't know how to say sheep in Japanese, I'm pretty sure that's it.
So I "baa" to her and she gives me a "mea" back and I realize this is extent of my communication with my students. Baaing and meaing over my wool sweater.
